I want to get a better ballet turn out, can you please give me some excercises that will help! Please check out my other questions, thanks!

Since you're a dancer I'm going to assume you know that you should turn out from your hips and not from your knees :-) You should feel your turn out right through your butt.

Aside from the frog and butterfly you want to strengthen those muscles. Try this:

Lay on your side, with your hips stacked on top of each other. Try to keep your natural positioning as if you were standing (space between your waist and floor, don't sink down). Bend your knees up towards you, so that your feet are in line with your hips. This is actually a common exercise, my teacher calls in the clam stretch. You just turn your top leg out so that it opens up like a clam. Lift/turn as far as you can, really pushing with your turnout muscles, and hold it for a couple counts. Repeat this 4, 8, or 16 times depending on how much you want to do.

Remember that your turn out comes from the rotation in your hips not in your feet or ankles.

Every time you do your barre exercises, you should be stretching your turnout. With every tendu, and plie' you should feel yourself turning your leg from the hip, rolling the leg outward. If you will work this during the entire barre warm-up you will definitely feel it.

You can also lay on your stomach with your hips pressing on the ground and put the soles of your feet together. We like to call this the frog stretch. As you keep you hips on the ground (don't let your rear come up in the air) let gravity pull your feet down to the floor, this is best done slowly when you have the time to lay there for a while, 5 or 10 minutes to start.
practice, practice, practice!!! I know thats probably not what u want 2 hear but it's try. improving your turnout is just like stretching, you're not going to practice one day and then the next it'll be perfect! it takes time, but the more you practice the sooner it will improve. in all of your dance classes make sure you really focus on your turn-out. even with excersises at the barre really work your turnout as hard as you can. good luck : )
try this exercise:

grab some marbles and place them on the floor. stand behind them in 1st position. grab the marbles with your toe and turn out to move the marble to the side of you. repeat this until you run out of marbles. then do it the opposite way. make sure you aren't thinking about just turning out your "feet" or "knees." the whole time think of doing it from the hips.
Well, I dunno of any real structured "exercises" that can help with turnout, but simple practice works wonders. Whever you are standing around just try to get into first or fifth position and try to widen it as much as you can. And in fifth position remember to get your heel right by your big toe joint of the other foot. Each time you practice try to get your turnout wider and eventually you will have a fabulous turnout!
Okay, so one of the exercises I have learned is to stand and put your leg up on a hip-height surface. Bend your leg at a 90 degree angle and make sure your leg goes straight from your hip and then bends at the knee. Stick your butt out, you should feel a stretch in your hips. Stay for as long as you like. This will improve flexibility in your hips, so that your turnout will get better.
