Hey people! I'm starting summer school at the New Jersey School of Ballet and would really like to improve my flexibility before July 7. So, please offer any tips.

Stretch everyday

one word: STRETCH. never be cold when you stretch. always warm up before stretching.
just stretch everyday that's all i can say
Stretching regularly like once a day or every second day will help. You should hold each stretch for at least 15 seconds because your brain will remember it and how far you have stretched, it then is tricked into believing that you can go further, therefore, each time you stretch you will become more and more flexible. If you do this i can nearly guarantee you will be much more flexible before July. Good Luck!
